A membership list and minutes kept in German of three meetings in May and June, 1857, of this military company concerning the election of officers. Elected officers were a president and a secretary, and a captain, first lieutenant and second lieutenant. Joseph Meyer was elected secretary and second lieutenant, and Lambert Clemens was elected first lieutenant. Translations of two meeting minutes are included.
